Served with Affettati Misti (Italian cold meats) our 100% Sangiovese Chianti, with its earthy aromas and spicy notes compliments well. Light oak aging in neutral French oak barrels gives it medium tannins that are softening off after time in the bottle. A wine that is ready for drinking, but will still age well.
